There will be at least a minimum of 110 retailing land lots to be let out together with other infra structures in which the total value of the project is worth approximately RM20,000,000. It focuses on the nature of the environment which provides more complete opportunities for entrepreneurs or companies in the industry of plants, landscaping, outdoors living concept, gardening and others in which the venue is free from high tension electrical power plants.
